--This is an Adhesive Paper Machine, Unwinding of paper and base film adopt closed loop tension control. Winding adopts taper tension control.
--Auto deviation rectifying devices are respectively set up in paper unwinding position and drying tunnel exit.
--The drier adopts auto temperature control. Set up interlock circuit in exhaust air system and heating system.
--Drying tunnel adopts heated air circulation heat drying, excellent heat-insulating property, low energy consumption and caloric uniformity. Adopt PID intelligent temperature control system and high precision of temperature control.
--The complete machine driving adopts AC vector variable frequency control, use PLC programmable controller and digital control module for computer centralized control, man-machine interface touch screen operation and full digitalization integration central control.
